I've recently been remembering bits of this old black and white movie I watched with my great grandmother years ago. I only know parts but there were two women, both mothers? Except the one (I THINK she had darker hair) was a mother but her daughter was being raised by the other. The daughter never knew and believed truthfully that was her REAL mother. But as the other watched it broke her heart and she kept begging to have her daughter back, I know she tried and tried to bring them closer but the other woman wasn't for it.
