I'm looking for a 1970/1980 mini-series I saw once. It's about a child bride reluctantly being sent to marry an old king. A young girl is sent also with her to be her caretaker. She avoids the king but becomes jealous when he gives attention to her friend. She falls in love with the king and they are married. In the end she her body guard tries to get her to runaway when the sickly king is close to death so that she will not be burned alive with him according to tradition. She is sitting at the head of the death bed with the dead king when they set fire to it. As the fire becomes bigger she starts to scream and wants out at this point her bodyguard shoots and arrow into her from the shadows to end it.
