In 1964 when I was 8 yrs old I watched an old movie more than likely a murder mystery. All I can remember is that at the end of the movie a small framed grey haired lady was being chased and ran to a cliff overlooking a raging sea. She was hanging onto tree branches when the earth gave way and she fell to her death. I know it isn't much to go on but I've been searching for this movie for a long time. Any help would be truly appreciated!
