Title Help

Hi everyone,
I have not seen this film, only its trailer. From my recollection, the film appears to be a period piece type thriller. It centers on a young woman (likely late teens- early 20's) who is forced to marry a much older man and reside on what seems to be a farm. Her husband leaves for a long period of time (can't remember why) and a young man around the young woman's age appears looking for work. He's hired and the two begin an affair and plan to kill the husband. Critic's have described it as "Hitchcockian" and the actress playing young woman is a debut performer. I can't recall any other actor's names or the director. But, I did see the trailer sometime this year in an art house theater, and I do believe it could possibly be a foreign film (UK, perhaps.) Any suggestions would be great!
