I'm trying to think of a movie where a woman is leaving some wartime place with a baby. She is very weak and ill. She gets offered a ride in a wagon or soenthing and falls asleep or passes out. When she wakes up, she realizes the baby has fallen out of her arms. If she gets off to go look for him, she probably won't find him and will almost certainly die trying. Anyone know it? Thanks!!!
