Seeking the title of a Lifetime Movie which featured 3-5 children (can't remember the exact number) that were neglected and tossed into the Foster Care system where they were told they would not be separated. The oldest child is a blond girl named Pattie, and the youngest child is a blond baby named Charlie. The children do get separated and Pattie continuously fights anyone/everyone to find out where her siblings went. By the end of the movie (which takes place at Christmastime), Pattie is adopted, they found her siblings and adopted them too, but the Adoptive Parents have a surprise for Pattie--They found "baby" Charlie and adopted him too! Charlie is now 2-3 and he says her name "Pah-Eee". A true tear-jerker moment.
