I'm looking for a 20 year old movie about a Scottish farm girl(think
she was scottish) who fell for a handsome traveler visiting her
family's farm. They made love & were secretly engaged before he left
to obtain money for marriage from the neighboring city. He instead
ended up bumping into a buddy & marrying the friend's sister. And,
upon returning to the farm 18 years later, learning of the farm girl's
death during child birth, and seeing his son working on the farm.
