Title Help

I'm new to this so not sure if i can ask about this particular kind of movie but i can't remember the title of this movie! I only remember one scene and its where some people drug a woman and she wakes up in the middle of a highway going across a bridge. She then realizes that her brakes do not work and slides of the bridge but somehow gets caught on it so her car is just hanging off the bridge and a man appears and helps her out of her car and when she tries to thank him he is nowhere to be found. He was an angel that was there to help her. I think the main plot of the movie is about a young girl who is connected with God and, i think a devil cult tries to take her and convert her. That's the only thing i can remember i tried googling with key words but i just can't find anything. Thanks for any kind of help.
