This movie was not in English. Maybe 15-20 years ago? All I remember is that there is this lesbian woman, extremely beautiful. She wants to have a child, so she has a one-night stand with a guy on a motorcycle, after which she stands on her head (to help the process). Also, there is a woman who has had many children. She extols the virtues of childbearing and in the end she dies giving birth. I think it had a one-word title.
