Back in the 80's I saw a movie where an older teenage girl is traveling around with a bunch of other kids. If I remember right she was a rock singer. I'm thinking they were running from the law or something of that nature. I hate to mention this part, but I do remember one of the Girls she is looking after starts her period and doesn't realize what is happening. The teenage girl talks to her about it and calms her down. I would of left that part out but I figured it would help someone figure out the name. The older Teenage girl that is the leader is slim and has very short blonde hair. Thank you so much for your help!!!
