I saw this old film on late night tcm and it was about a young girl in Paris who starts liking this older wealthy man and she goes on dates with him. They go to a dinner with a play about a scarf and a top hat that were supposed to symbolize two people flirting. She ends up falling in love with a younger man with a moped and they ride off together towards the end.
