There is Miss Gentilbelle (2000) (in black and white), the earlier "Miss Belle" episode of Journey to the Unknown from 1967, both based on the same short story. I think it may be one of those two. There's also the movie A Reflection of Fear (1972), but that's unlikely.
All of these can be viewed on YouTube, so you can figure it out.
