I am looking for a movie a saw sometimes in the 80's. It was a movie on TV about a very poor woman and two young boys. The only scene I remember is when she is at the supermarket purchasing groceries but doesn't have enough to pay. The lady at the counter begins yelling at her while her son is asking to buy him candy. She buys the candy and leaves. One more scene I remember is that she adds water to the milk gallon for the boys cereal. Please help
