I'm trying to remember that title of a movie about a woman who gives birth, with her husband being the doctor, and the baby has a birth defect so he pays the nurse to get rid of the baby and then tells his wife the baby was born dead. Instead of the nurse killing the baby she gives it to someone across town to adopt and many years later the wife finds out about it and finally gets to meet her daughter. The doctor and his wife also had a son.
