its a black and white film about a young girl who sees an angel at a water hole. No one believes her at first. The woman has dark hair, lives with her parents and sister in a poor village. The angel gives her messages and she is finally believed. She dies and is surrounded by nuns. It was one of my grandmothers favorites.
