I am looking for a movie that takes place in the 1800's, It takes place in England and it is about a man who is well to do and is well liked. I only remember one scene where the man is sick and his sister believes he is faking, she tells him so and as she is leaving she snathes a pillow from behind his head and puts it just out of his reach. He can't get the pillow since he is still weak and has to call out for someone to make him comfortable again. Please help that's all I remember.
