I saw a movie years ago, it was a black and white movie except for one scene near the end where it shows the main character I believe at her prom in a blue dress. It was about a woman boss who did not like men but she hired a male secretary and he was attracted to her. They would argue a bit back and forth. She ended up somehow going to a psychiatrist and finding out her distrust of men had started at her prom when she was used as a joke by a popular boy and his friends. In the end she ends up softening up and her secretary and herself fall in love
