This is going to be very vague because I'm not sure if it's a film or TV show (it is British though), all I remember is the female character became ill/caught a fever and the male character (I think he was studying to become a doctor or already was a doctor) was shocked when he realised they were keeping her in a room with the fires on and to help her he poured ice on her, opened the windows, etc. Can anyone help, please?
