I believe the movie you are referring to is called "In Secret" starring the Olsen twin's younger sister Elizabeth Olsen. This is so weird because I was just watching the trailer on youtube and then I came here and saw your question. But, I digress...anyway this movie looks really good and it also stars the great Jessica Lange as the suspicious mother-in-law. So enjoy :)
