Okay so I saw this on netflix a little while ago.. It was about a teenage boy who had moved in with his mom and step dad because his dad had killed himself. When he got to his mom's it was on the beach I want to say.. or somewhere hot (maybe Texas) and he made good friends with his next door neighbor who was a chick. He found out that his new room, was in the room of someone who was murdered in there, and he is trying to track down the killer. I want to say that he found out who it was, but I may have that confused with another TV show. If anyone knows, I would sure love the help!
