This movie must be from the 80's to the 90's.A young woman is living in or running a hostel in a remote swamp or lake area where a car is removed from a pond and the police find a corpse in the trunk. The young protagonist is going blind and her boyfriend (or both) murdered the doctor in charge of her eye operation and both run away . I can't recall more details on the plot since I couldn't watch the entire movie and has become a puzzle to me .I greatly appreciate any help or hint in the title.
