I am trying to remember the name of a asian tv show about a mentally challenged man who helps a woman who ran away from a hospital after as a girl she was the only survivor of a car crash and was in a coma as a child but comes out of it as a woman whose aunt and uncle want to commit her to an institution to take her inheritance. He sleeps in the park with her and takes her around trying to help her until he runs out of money then he takes her to his home where he lives with his mom stepdad and sister
