Hi , I’m looking for a Asian drama . It is about a little boy that went missing from his mum on the road when she went to the shop. In the series , he had a scar on his right shoulder and was adopted by Caucasian parents. There is also a female character who is an orphan living with 3 orphan brothers. They have a vegetable shop and the missing boys family gets an arrogant substitute son to replace him , instead of admitting that he is lost. There is also French speakers in the series.
