I'm looking for a I believe it was a pbs short about a young girl who was a tomboy and rode a go kart ...made a pin for her shirt out of two bottle caps and other boyish things. It ends with her mother putting her in a dress and you can see she is devastated. It's set in the 50s or60s and aired in the 1980s.
