Title Help

Please help me find the drama I've been looking for weeks. I don't know the title of it (obviously) nor the actors or actresses in it. It might be a 'medical themed drama' as the scene I've watched was set on a hospital. A construction worker (?) was impaled by a metal that is used for construction, but the metal rod (?) was on a brick. A worker was holding the brick to avoid more damage but the worker was accidentally pushed and the metal rod went out of the construction worker's body and so on. I know my explanation isn't clear, but please help me. I'm sure it isn't "Doctors", "Doctor Stranger" nor "DOTS".
