Please help me find this tittle. It's a 80s/90s movie, probably a lifetime movie. What I remember of it is a husband and wife search and wait in the train station until they find a pregnant young Hispanic girl they offer to take her in their home. The wife is disguised as being pregnant by wearing a pregnancy padding. After the young girl gives birth the couple encourage her to leave the baby with them while she takes care of a few things. In that time. The husband makes a cut on the wife's stomach to look like a cesarean section scar. She calls her mother over telling her she gave birth and shows her mother her scar. When her mother sees the baby boy for the 1st time she notices he's too big to be a newborn and complexion is too dark. When the young woman comes back she finds her baby first and is alarmed when she changes his diaper they had him circumcised. When she finds the wife after that she notices she's no longer pregnant and soon suspects there isn't another baby. I remember the ending there is a struggle on the boat dock. The couple try to kill the young woman. The husband has a change of heart and ends up killing his wife instead. Both husband and wife die and the young woman survives with her baby .
