Title Help

I was watching this 'historical asian drama' in our t.v few years ago and wasn't able to continue nor find out what the title was since I was just a kid back then, so this is the only scene and the exact thing that happened: there are people gathering around, lots of people and there is this young arrogant man (maybe a prince) who was scolding or mad at everyone. He was talking (scolding or yelling) to them and then he looked at this girl and said something (something insulting maybe), while he was talking the camera showed the little girl's hand holding something; the man kept on talking while still looking at the girl, the girl took out something on her pocket and it showed that she's holding a sharp wooden object (idk what it was, it is like a comb or anything like a toothpick that is stick together side by side) tightly like she is trying not to do anything until she couldn't take any longer and slapped the guy with that sharp wooden object and the guy's cheek bleed. The guy leaned forward to look at the girl and whispered something. I hope you guys could help me to find it because I've been frustrated searching for it hehe and last night this scene came up out of my mind so I searched again that I didn't even got to sleep. The reason why I am posting because I want to know what happened after that scene, and know what's the title of that drama also so I could have a peace of mind since it's haunting me for years.. thank you.
