There is a movie about a child kidnapped and locked in basement and when reunited with mother he has to learn how to socialize, eat, etc. I remember the family throwing the child a birthday party but the child doesn't know how to have interactions or have fun at that. That is mainly the scene I remember. I do not know the title of the movie.
