It really does sound like 'crouching tiger, hidden dragon'. It was very famous when it came out & very beautiful film. Do they swordfight while running out on the very tip of some young trees that bend in half with the weight?
There was another movie where the girl is left in the cave so long that she becomes blind but i do not rememver the title.
