It a movie set in either 1940 or 50. A couple decides to adopt a baby. They meet a baby boy and visit him a lit at the adoption center. They fall in live with the baby when eventually they were not approved because of something in one of their pasts...I remember the woman had a nursery all set up in her home and when her husband came home he was upset about her having her hope up high..
