Hello everyone
I really want someone to help me identify what this period drama could have been. I remember seeing it in the late 90s and what I remember was that a mother or another lady that worked in the house or wherever it was, was putting her son or daughter to bed and I remember the woman talking to him/her for a bit.
I think the lady was called out of the room by someone because seconds later I heard her shout “no”! I have a feeling it might have been an abusive husband or something but it’s really hard to remember.
I have a strong feeling that it was British and it may have been a BBC or ITV drama.
Please tell me anything or any period drama you think has something like this scene in it anything you recognise even though I have very little information.
