Us or Canadian..80's I think. Short film. Family parked on the side of the road. Another car passes their parked car, and runs over a toddler killing him. The family of the parked car sews the driver and wins a fortune. The parents and daughter spend the money, living an extravagant life. Mom gets pregnant, has another kid. Kid grows into a toddler. Family parks car on the side of the road. Daughter sits on hood, parents hid behind car. Another car passes, the daughter locks eyes with the other driver, says "NOW!" The parents shoves the toddler in front of the passing car, toddler gets killed.
