I saw a film on German TV around the early 2000's (RTL channel although the film may not have been German) where the end has two women trapping another woman in some form of underground cellar outside the house. The two women have help from the woman's husband, on who they then turn on and also trap in that cellar. One of the woman had a polka dot dress.
I have been trying to find this film for years without any joy. Hopefully someone can help as it's driving me nuts! :)
