Title Help

I'm looking for an old black and white film about two sisters who are both in love with the same man. One sister is trapped by the rising tide and has to climb up a hole in the cliff to reach safety. She's rescued by nuns and when she recovers finds that her sister has married the man she was in love with. Any ideas? I can't find the title anywhere. Thanks.
