It's a relatively recent film, maybe around 10 years old now. I saw the trailer only. It looked to be a period film where a husband discovers that his wife has cheated on him so he takes his wife with him on a trip e.g. to Asia or Africa (she's on a boat on a river at some point, I think the trip is dangerous, maybe due to the natives and/or disease) to teach his wife a lesson. It looked like the wife and husband's romance re-kindles during the film.
