It’s a movie set a while back maybe earlier 20th century like 40s-50s. I remember there’s like a couple of young adults studying to be doctors. There’s a girl with curly hair who has a boyfriend and another girl that kinda looks like Lana del Rey. The Lana look alike starts having sex with an older man (he may have been married I am unsure) and she winds up pregnant. She doesn’t know what to do and he wants her to get rid of the baby as they can’t go public about their relationship. So she seduces her curly haired friends boyfriend and has sex with him, which convinced him he was the father and their parents order them to get married.
I remember watching this when I was very young on late night tv so I may have this wrong, but it’s bothered me for years!
