Ok my memory is jarred. I can't remember if what I'm looking for is a movie or a book. It starts out two kids a boy and a girl and a loving mother, the little boy somehow accidently dies, the mother goes crazy and makes her daughter wear boy clothes and cuts her hair and makes her over eat to gain weight and makes her into her son. The girl gets older and one day as she's delivering food to her neighbor a teen age boy discovers she's not a boy and rapes her. She gets pregnant and the mother ends up stealing her baby not letting her even see her, and names the baby girl the same as her, and thinks now she has her daughter and son back...any ideas?
