I faintly remember the beginning, I think she was on a bike and lightning strikes the girl and she gained powers. Then she took a drink from the vending machine using her powers to show off to her friends. At the end they were playing volleyball and some guy froze time to move the ball so the other team would win. That's basically all I can come up with.
