what is the name of the movie when there are two girls one girl is rich and the other is new to town and the rich girl is jealous if the other girl , the new girl sneaks into the rich girls home and try to find something in her room and the rich girl tries to kill her by drowning her but she didnt because the boy she likes catches it and everyone comes out the house And the end she is sent to crazy home and when her nurse come to her door they leave her favorite lip bomb and she is smiling while putting it on . Does anyone know ? Please help me find this movie .
