Hi, I'm looking for the title of british movie/telemovie, set in the 50s but released in the 80s. It's about a former soldier who comes to a small town and meets up with an old WW2 friend who is confined to a wheelchair. It turns out their old CO lives there too and there are numerous subplots, one of which involved the vicar whose bored wife is having an affair with a teacher who teaches the CO's son. Anyway, the former soldier has come to the town because he has tracked down the man who was driving the truck that ran his son down and killed him. Any help would be appreciated.
