Okay what I remember is there were 2 girls (sisters i think) and one of them is abused by her mom and her sister. They both like the same guy and towards the end her evil sister accidently ( i think) ran her over and she becomes blind but someone gave her new pair of eyes and she can see again
I think also at the end there was a piano.. Not sure
