In the 1980's I saw a film about a woman and her two children move to a cottage beside an old mansion that was run down. I think the cottage was servants quarters. The children develop a friendship with two ghost kids that had died in a fire in the old mansion. Then they go back and forth between past and present learning what happened leading up to the fire and who set the fire that killed them. In the end they somehow inherited everything including the old mansion and they were running around excited yelling out it's ours it's ours. I can't remember the title or anymore about the film. Hopefully someone will know the title.
