this movie I seen as a child I'm thinking its from late 80s to mid 90s maybe I remember a blonde lil girl about 8 possibly jumping rope she's a ghost wearing a white dress, and brunette lil boy I thinkit Henry (Thomas atleast looks like him) is drawn to here . Then there's an older man who carries the girl at the end of the movie too a cliff where he drops her. I love the lil song they sing! can't render the song but I'm going crazy thinking of it! please someone help me!!!
