I remember watching a movie in the early to mid 90's about an arranged marriage between a somewhat childish woman and a gentleman who seemed cold toward everything anyway this marriage was arranged by the woman's aunt i believe and the gentlemen did not make enough to afford her so he went away for a year to work and when he came back he seemed to not be interested in his future bride at all and the reason was because her aunt had written him so much about her niece that he became upset over the situation. the movie was based in the 1700-1800's. the only thing I remember is the childish woman fighting with her aunt saying it's all your fault he doesn't love me anymore!! please help! thank you!!
