There was a movie I think shot on digital where a group of kids go to an estate. While there one of the girls is being watched by a ghost. She sees the ghost. Turns out she looks just like the girl he was in love with during his own time. She was a servant. I think they had plans to run off together, but she was killed before that could happen. The girl helps the ghost solve the mystery and he moves on. Later she meets a guy at the library who looks like him.
