This was a period drama movie in Spanish released within a couple of years.
A young woman marries this old man because her family needed money or something and anticipates him to be totally gross. But when she actually meets him, he’s quite charming and she ends up falling in love with him. And then something happens and she ends up being jailed/put in some prison cell because her husband gets attacked? Or falls out of power and she tries to protect him...?
I just remember seeing a trailer and would love to watch the actual movie
