This was a movie in color, from the 1950's I believe. A married couple's teenage daughter finds out she is pregnant, and in order to avoid scandal, the father accepts a job offer to work overseas. When the family comes back to America, they all (the parents and the daughter) pretend the baby was not the girl's, but the mother's (who is actually her grandmother. That's all the info I have.
