Title Help

I started watching a show on tv some years ago about a Japanese married man who had a white mistress. She became pregnant and had a son and because his wife had not bore him any sons he took the baby away from the mistress and took him home to be raised by him and his wife. The mistress was frantic to get her son back but had no rights of her own. I didn't get to finish watching this show and have always wondered if she got her baby back or not. Sound familiar anyone? Would love to know the name of this so I can finish watching it.
