I think this was about two men who appear to return from the war (maybe on leave, maybe at the end). The meet the sister of one of the men and the other man eventually marries her. After their wedding night, the man disappears and it then turns out that he had died at sea some time earlier, so he was a ghost the whole time.
Anyone remember this?
