The plot is two modern day couples in a row boat come upon a house from the shore, I believe it is based in New England, They have some sort of flashbacks from the 1800's. There are two sisters. The one sister had a "relationship" with her brother. She is now married to a man she doesn't love. The brother comes over from England or Ireland with his new wife. The sister who had a "relationship" with him goes nuts and kills her sister and her brother's wife. She is put on trial. Any idea of the title, this is driving me crazy. I believe the movie came out in the 1990's, early 2000. Thanks!
